Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW POLICY. More than 24 hours before your session: Cancel for free, no charge. Between 24 hours and 1 hour before your session: A fee of 50% of the session price will be charged. Less than 1 hour before your session, or a no-show: A fee of 100% of the session price will be charged. RESCHEDULING POLICY. You can reschedule your session at any time. Rescheduling is not treated as a cancellation, so no fee applies as long as you move your session rather than cancel it outright.
